We support people with Spinal Cord Injury to help them live full, independent lives

Story

Tim has just succeeded in swimming the English Channel after intensive training in Dover.

The aim of the exercise has been to raise money for Aspire, an outstanding charity supporting individuals with back injuries which render them wheelchair bound.

The swim took place from the white cliffs of Dover in the early hours of Sunday morning, with Tim as a member of a small relay team who swam the 22 miles to the French Coast in 13.8 hours.

An amazing experience, including being followed by porpoises and avoiding most of the jellyfish on route.

Very much appreciated if you felt able to donate, however small a sum to this worthy cause.

Many thanks, With best wishes,

Tim
