Story

The charity....

Our friend Peter lost his son in a hit and run incident in April 2020.

Adam Barry was only 15 when he was killed by a drunk driver who failed to stop after hitting him at high speeds just near his home in Derbyshire.

Peter and his wife Beverley have since set up a foundation in Adam's memory that supports charities and causes which focuses on putting a smile back on the faces of those that have suffered bereavement, and to those who are committed to enjoying life and aspire to do so by making their way through, with music or activity.

My challenge...

So along with some others, I'm trying to raise money for this wonderful cause.

In June, I'll be spending several hours with a few thousand bees and then getting to a stage when I can remove all protective clothing and be at one with them for a while.

For bee lovers, it doesn't sound too drastic but I've got a phobia of bees (and wasps) so it should be utterly horrendous.

Please support me in supporting Adam's family.

Thanks
