On September the 21st I'll be climbing up Scafell Pike, England’s highest peak! I’m raising funds for the Mankind Initiative https://mankind.org.uk/, a vital organization that provides support and resources to male victims of domestic abuse across the UK.

Domestic abuse against men is far more common than you'd think, and the vast majority of abuse is psychological and emotional abuse (74.5% according to the Office of National Statistics). This kind of abuse is considered far more damaging and long term than physical abuse.
