During October I am taking part in 5km a day in October for Tommy's, a charity and a cause that is close to me and my family and friends heart.

Having personally experienced the heartache and knowing friends and family that have suffered too, without the research this amazing charity provides I may not have had my rainbow babies. Even now there are mother's and father's left without answers as to why these things just happen.

What you could help fund

£5, could cover the cost of a week’s supply of chemicals for researchers to investigate how plant-based treatments could be used to treat conditions such as fetal growth restriction and stillbirth.

£10 could fund a call with a midwife for a person told they are at high risk of preterm birth.

£15 could go towards collecting and analysing samples of DNA from someone who's experienced a miscarriage. This could lead to finding the reasons why they may have lost their baby and developing new tests to find the reasons why some people miscarry.
