Story
I'm joining Kevin Sinfield and completing my own 7 in 7 in 7 challenge.
I’m running seven marathons in seven months in seven countries to raise money to support families, like Rob's, that are living with motor neurone disease. Your support will make a difference.
Some of you may recall I ran the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon last May and managed to raise a fantastic £1500 for MNDA.
My motivation is for two great friends of mine Dave Setters and Kevin Mutton who have both been diagnosed with this dreadful condition.
Sadly we lost Kev back in October to this cruel disease and ironically I was unable to attend Kev’s funeral because I was in Athens doing a marathon.
This got me thinking about taking on a challenge in tribute to Kev.
Last month Kevin Sinfield ran 7 marathons in 7 cities in 7 days for his dear friend Rob Burrow and MNDA.
After this amazing achievement the call went out for MNDA fundraisers to take on their own 7 in 7.
On January 5th I leave for Dubai to run the first marathon of 7 in seven months in 7 different countries.
As ever I am aware that many of you know I run all the time but no marathon is easy and the training is even harder. If you haven’t donated to any of my excursions in the past and you can donate a couple of quid I would be very grateful.
I am totally self funding including all entry fees, flights and accommodation.

Whether you can donate £7, or £77, every penny counts in the fight against MND. The money raised will provide care and support for people living with, and affected by MND. It will also fund vital research to help better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.
Thank you for your support.
