I'm running a half marathon and raising money for Adfam.

"Adfam is the only national charity with a mission to support those affected by a loved ones drug or alcohol use"

This charity support families who have loved ones with addiction problems. Having lived a life with a family member who has always had an addiction is a challenge, however the 1:1 counselling sessions have helped me make sense to a lot of things in my head and heart and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Younger me would be very proud of how far I've come regardless of everything that has been thrown my way.

The team are so kind and create a safe space for you and I'd like to be able to raise some money to support other families and children who have a family member going through a similar situation.
