Three Belles and a Beau – Riding, Hiking, and Paddling for Little Lives

We are Three Belles and a Beau, a team of four passionate adventurers embarking on an exciting and challenging cycle, hike, and kayak journey to support Action Medical Research. As parents to 13 children between us, we understand just how precious children’s health is and why funding vital medical research is so important.

For 65 years, Action Medical Research has driven groundbreaking advancements, helping to beat polio, develop ultrasound technology, fight meningitis, and prevent stillbirths. But there is still so much more to do. Every day, babies and children face devastating illnesses, and without further research, new treatments and cures remain out of reach. That’s why we are pushing our limits—to give every child a better chance at a healthy future.

🚴🥾🚣 Our Challenge: We will be covering 56km on bikes, 15.5 km foot, and 3km on water, testing our endurance, strength, and determination, all in the name of helping sick children. Every mile we complete brings us one step closer to funding life-changing medical research.
