Story
🐒 Motive:
1. A way to overcome my fear of risks and belief in my abilities.
As my career as contact sport athlete ended with two ankle surgeries almost a faced, my sense of self shifted. The injury not only changed the alignment of my spine, hips and jaw but more severely impacted my mindset. My ability to trust my limits and to explore. More here
2. A way to support a cause that I believe to the core, movement is healing.
It initiates play and creativity. Unlocking stagnant emotions energising the spirt and body. This is way if feel so strongly to support gympanzees.org as everyone with a body should feel alive and free.
🎁 Gympanzees
