On the 30th September I will be spending 12 hours doing a combination of Climbing, Cycling, Kayaking and paddleboarding with adventure themed challenges in between to raise money for UCB. The reason I decided to do this challenge is because life is an adventure and also a challenge and the challenge will be fun but also need lots of perseverance and determination something that we all need in life. Why UCB.......well UCB gives me that reason to keep going when things get hard, it gives me something to smile about each day as I remember Gods love and something to sing along to no matter what is going on.

The mission of UCB is to offer every person, in every place, every moment of the day the opportunity to listen, watch or read the Word of God in a relevant and engaging way. UCB has encouraged me so much over the past few years and I want to give something back. Last year my fundraising efforts helped so many people and I want to continue to help and support them.

UCB is listener supported radio station meaning they get no government support and don't make money from adverts as they believe the message of God should not be interrupted by these. UCB is not just a radio station but it is a life-line for so many people all the way from the daily devotionals to the prayerline and beyond.

Please help me to help them keep going and be an encouragement to so many people.
