My sister and I are running Man vs Mountain 2023 for The Love Hearts Appeal at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSH). Our friend had life saving treatment from GOSH and we would like to ensure others can benefit from their amazing support and care.

Man vs Mountain is a 22 mile endurance event that will put our sibling relationship to the test! This journey starts at sea level in the stunning Caernarfon Castle and weaves its way to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry where there will be an array of action-packed obstacles, including the infamous Vertical Kilometre and Walk the Plank quarry jump.

The Love Hearts Appeal will fund groundbreaking research that could help save the lives of children undergoing heart transplants. The project aims to understand the cause of the most common reason for transplant failure and understand what steps could be taken to overcome it.
