I'm taking part in Pedal the Borders on 8th September to raise vital funds for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund.

The 100km route that I'm doing takes in the stunning scenery of the Shropshire and Mid Wales border.

This really will be a personal challenge for myself while hopefully helping others so....
