We care with courage to help veterans live life to the full.

Story

Greg and Pete (aka The Charity Adventurers) will be attempting to complete three 100km Ultra Marathons, as part of a fundraising drive to improve dementia care facilities for military veterans cared for by The Royal Star and Garter homes.

The Charity Adventurers is Pete’s brainchild; two best mates completing physically testing challenges to raise money for both civilian and military challenges. So far, we’ve shared some amazing memories with various hiking challenges around the UK… ultrarunning is a brand new discipline for us and will certainly be our biggest challenge; both physically and mentally.

We are massive supporters of the amazing work and care provided at the Royal Star and Garter homes, and are delighted to be fundraising for them again. All monies raised will be put towards improvements and refurbishing of the dementia care facilities at the Surbiton home. We can’t wait to show you the before and after photos!
