On Monday 6th May 2024, I will make history.

I will be one of just a very small number of people who will make a rope descent of the world’s most famous skyscraper – a challenge that has never been attempted before and may never be attempted again.

This is the Big Rappel at The Empire State Building.

A proud collaboration between Outward Bound and Empire State Realty Trust.

The goal is simple: to raise transformational funds in support of the Outward Bound movement around the globe, reminding the world what can be achieved when determined people come together.

Outward Bound’s mission is to unlock potential in young people through learning and experience in the outdoors. In today’s world, this is more relevant than ever.

This history making endeavour will inspire the next generation to reach beyond their comfort zones and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
