As many of you know, 10 years ago my best friend lost her best friend, her Mum, to cancer. In memory of this Gemma is taking part in 10 challenges to raise as much money for Wisdom Hospice and Macmillan.

Dean and I had to support with the fundraising, and so will be joining Gemma and friends to complete the Nuclear Rush Obstacle Race. This will be 12k of obstacles in the mud and wet...god help us...so will not be an easy challenge.

We have chosen to raise money for the Wisdom Hospice, as they are a small local charity, who were brilliant with Cheryl, Gemma/Dom and the family. It's also a hospice close to my family's hearts. If you could spare any money we would really appreciate it.
