The Red Lion Eynsham are hosting another charity Lion Aid Music event on 10th May. This will be to raise donations and money for Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) and Eynsham Food Bank. We will have live music from from ocal bands and artists all performing David Bowie songs.

Please bring donations of NON PERISHABLE food items for the foodbank as well as some small change for collection buckets and If your more digitally inclined please donate here! Any contribution big or small would be greatly appreciated.

Lion Aid was started in 2023 to raise money for a charity close to Landlady Beckys heart. Becky's daughter Anna was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in February 2023 and unfortunately many more children are being diagnosed with this life long condition especially since the Covid pandemic. There is no cure for Type 1 diabetes and children have a life long dependency to injecting insulin multiple times a day to survive. JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund) work tirelessly to seek the cure for this cruel disease. Please donate what you can, as every little helps towards the future of these children.
