Story

The Who

The Collaboration Choir is an adult Pop choir based in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire. We were forged with the strong intention of working for and with our local communities. As part of this collaborative ethos we find original ways to fundraise for charitable causes.

The Cause

Because so many of our members have either been affected by cancer in the family or are undergoing treatment themselves we felt we wanted to take action. Our fundraising campaign begins in December 2023 and is in aid of the amazing work of Macmillan Cancer Support.

The How

In November this year over 400 Collaboration Choir members got together to start this fabulous project. They professionally recorded the song Reach Out I'll Be There (originally performed by The Four Tops) at Cambourne Village College. Then they took to an empty stage at Cambridge Corn Exchange to create their explosive music video under the direction of Carrie Rawlings and Lizzie Deane. The worked tirelessly to learn the song, the different dance routines and source their awesome costumes. It was such a team effort and we couldn't be prouder of the work that's gone into the project so far.

I'll be there to love and comfort you. I'll be there to cherish and care for you.

So, can you help Team CC to raise a packet for this wonderful cause?
