I’m taking part in Moonlight Memory Walk Clevedon for Children’s Hospice South West in memory of my granddaughter Phoebe who passed away 15/04/24 at Charlton Farm (CHSW).

Any donations would be appreciated, big or small, it all helps towards providing the care & support given at CHSW for families & patients.
