Event: Marathon March 2023, on 14 October 2023

Story

I hate walking. I’ll take a bus two stops. I drive whenever possible. I’m out of shape. My knees and ankles are effectively made of dust these days. This is not going to be fun for me. But I realised that I haven’t raised money for charity since 2011 (when I danced as a cheerleader at Selhurst Park for Sport Aid). It’s about time I used my (albeit modest) platform to raise some money for charity and who better than the Palace for Life Foundation?

The Palace for Life Foundation has been working with young people for over 25 years. We use the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.

Growing up in south London has never been tougher but we are in a unique position to drive positive change. We work in schools and the community, inspiring young people to find a better path and to lead a healthier life. Your donations will directly support our work and make a real impact, for real people.
