Story
Every day, seven young people in the UK hear the words "you have cancer" - and - so they're not alone, when this happens - we're raising money for youth support teams, at Teenage Cancer Trust, to be there.
Youth Support Co-ordinators simply wouldn't be there without funding - and provide vital support, alongside Teenage Cancer Trust nurses, to ensure all young people have the emotional support needed following a cancer diagnosis.
They help with all sorts of things, including helping answer the questions young people have – ones that they, at times, cannot ask families – and, ultimately, helping to navigate the cancer they face and its surrounding impacts. And they help to connect young people, so they don't feel alone.
Donating through JustGiving is simple and fast. The money donated here goes directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
