Story
Ted's back walking again for North Liverpool Foodbank and St. Andrew's Community Network. After raising over £1700 last year he is putting his walking shoes back on.
As well as appealing here he is also going to be collecting Foodbank donations whilst out on his walk.
The walk is approximately 15 miles and the hope is to collect food donations along the way in a pull along trolley as well as any donations that he gets here, and to hand out information about what the foodbanks do and what services St. Andrew’s Community Network (and other similar groups) offer and the important work they do in our communities.
I’m dad and I will be walking with him along the whole route, as will other members of his family, but he would love it if people would come out, and as well as donating, join him and walk for a little bit even if it’s just 5 or 10 minutes.
The route will be
ST. ANDREW’S CHURCH - QUEEN’S DRIVE
(heading north towards Bootle)
BREEZE HILL
BALLIOL ROAD
DERBY ROAD
GREAT HOWARD STREET
NEW QUAY
ST. NICHOLAS PLACE
PIER HEAD
THE STRAND
WAPPING
PARLIAMENT STREET
ST. JAMES PLACE
PARK PLACE
PARK ROAD
AIGBURTH ROAD
SEFTON PARK
MOSSLEY HILL DRIVE
QUEEN’S DRIVE
Passing across MENLOVE AVENUE, through to CHILDWALL FIVEWAYS onto THE ROCKET JUNCTION, across PRESCOT/EAST PRESCOT ROAD all the way back to ST. ANDREW’S CHURCH.
(All the way back to St. Andrew’s Church where he started.)
