We are raising money to support the Wolverhampton Music Service, who provide music instruction to 6000 school children in the Wolverhampton area and provide 4000 instruments free of charge. Children can join one of 15 ensembles, including orchestral, rock and pop, dhol drums and vocal. Each year the Friends provide funds to subsidise the annual european tour. This allows children from low income families to travel to Spain or Italy with the youth orchestra they have trained with. This year the friends donated £10000 for this, and we are now raising funds to do the same next year.
