The Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust was launched in 2016 to help those touched by cancer, and is a non-profit charity based in the North of England. Team Solan aims to improve the quality of life of children and adults who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis or cancer bereavement. Like a lot of charities, they rely heavily on donations, so please donate if you can.
