Story

This year, a dedicated group of 30 staff members is taking on the Great South Run with a shared goal: to support and fundraise for the incredible Rowans Hospice.

In light of the difficult challenges the Hospice is facing and to mark the Rowans 30th anniversary, we, as staff members wanted to push ourselves further and raise funds for our wonderful Hospice.

Some of us are seasoned runners, some not so much, but we are all doing it with one goal in mind! By running this 10-mile race, we aim to raise vital funds as well as spread as much awareness of the Hospice as possible.

For those who don’t know, Rowans Hospice provides compassionate care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers, making a profound difference in our community all across Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham, Havant, Hayling Island and surrounding areas.
