Team Frost - Barbara, Marcelli and Jackie are committing to walk a Marathon - 26.2 miles - in a Month in support of Dementia Active. This is a charity close to each of them and it is does such amazing work in our local area.

Dementia Active offer daily activity groups for people living with dementia in our local community. Working with a team of volunteers these fun sessions include topical discussions, gentle exercise, arts, crafts, singing and table games as well as proving a hot lunch and refreshments.
