On April 20th the Core team along with their families will be taking part in The Big Ten, a 10 mile walk to mark the 10th anniversary of local charity Happy Days. As well as celebrating the charity’s work we hope to raise some funds to support the amazing work they do in our community.

Core has a very close relationship with Happy Days and supports them on many levels, financially and strategically. We are a member of their Foundation Club for businesses and active participants in many of their events.

Why is this charity so important to us? Core has always chosen to support charities where we feel our relationship will make a tangible and lasting difference. We are particularly supportive of charities that work with people in our community who are in crisis.

Happy Days is a hard-working organisation that has spent the last 10 years supporting people in Calderdale who are at their lowest point, experiencing homelessness or unable to afford to feed themselves or their families and often with nowhere else to turn. We are proud to have been part of their story for much of that time and we hope you will support us to raise funds that will help them continue their important work.
