Mental health is an issue deeply personal to us, shaped by our journey with a beloved family member who lives with a cognitive disorder. Once a thriving businesswoman who built several successful enterprises and instilled in us the values of resilience, determination, and leadership, she now faces daily challenges. The rapid progression of her condition has made communication difficult and taken away her cherished independence, leaving her reliant on others for even the most basic daily needs.

Mental health is a critical concern that transcends boundaries, impacting individuals and families everywhere. Raising awareness and addressing these challenges is essential for improving lives and fostering a more compassionate society.

To contribute to this important cause, we will be running in the London Marathon 2025 in support of Brain Research UK. Through this effort, we aim to spotlight the significance of mental health research and stand in solidarity with those affected by neurological conditions.

Your support can make a real difference. Together, we can bring hope and help to countless lives.

The brain is the most complex organ in our body. It controls our emotions, senses and actions. So when it breaks down, we break down. We fund the best research to discover the causes, develop new treatments and improve the lives of those affected. Let’s unite to accelerate progress. Today.
