Join us on Sunday 16th June to scale the heights of the Sheffield Hallam University Owen Building and rise essential funds for Cavendish. Take to new heights and push yourself to the limit by taking on the 12 storey building!

Story

David, Jenni and Rowan have plucked up the courage to take on the challenge of abseiling down the Sheffield Hallam Owen building (12 storey high!!) all in aid of Cavendish Cancer Care, a Sheffield charity providing free of charge support packages to cancer patients and their families.

Any donation no matter how small will massively help this local charity as well as help the trio overcome height fears and complete the abseil!

A bit more about the charity:

Cavendish Cancer Care is a local independent charity that for more than 30 years has been providing free of charge support packages to cancer patients and their families. We believe that no-one should face a cancer alone so we provide care and support to alleviate the physical and psychological effects that cancer and its treatments brings.

We receive just enough government funding to keep our doors open for two weeks each year. We rely in the support of people like you to be here for all those who need us, at what is one of the most frightening times of their lives.

Any money raised goes towards providing vital therapy for people affected by cancer when they need it most, thank you for choosing to support Cavendish.
