Each year I become more and more passionate about raising money and helping fight breast cancer. In February of 2016 my friend Kara was diagnosed with breast cancer. This diagnosis changed her families lives, and my families. I got to witness first hand the process of battling cancer, doctors, chemo, radiation, and surgery. That started my want to help in that fight in any way that I could. Along the way I have met so many other incredible fighters of this disease. Most of them still here, and a few that we've lost. I'm ecstatic to say that Kara has been cancer free since ending her treatments in 2016, among many others I've been blessed to meet. Be An Angel For Breast Cancer is a way that I can help raise money for the cancer center that saved my friends life, and raise awareness for some of those who may not know the steps of getting screened and staying ahead of this possible health concern. We've came a long way in the battle against cancer, but we're not there yet. Every donation, every pink shirt, every social media share, every early diagnosis, we get one step closer. Friends don't let friends fight cancer alone.
