Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are a group of friends all working in the Furniture Industry, we share a common bond that our Dad's have all been Multiple Myeloma patients. For Callum and Paul they will be raising funds in memory of their Dad's and Emma will be raising funds in support of her Dad who is receiving treatment for Multiple Myeloma. Sas is joining us to be part of the challenge.

Together as Team Myeloma we are hoping to raise funds and awareness of this rare blood cancer, there is no cure for Myeloma but with research new treatments are becoming available to patients throughout the world and thanks to your donation more treatments will become available and hopefully one day a cure.

Our challenge is to Walk across the whole of Wales, we start at approx. 2am on 22nd June in Machynlleth, the historic capital of Wales and home to Owain Glyndŵr and head east towards the border town of Montgomery, we'll be following part of Glyndŵr's Way, public footpaths, country lands and the Montgomery Canal, over the beautiful Mid Wales Cambrian mountains, all 46 miles and taking some 120,000 steps in one day!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
