Fundraising for Scottish Action for Mental Health
On Sunday 20th August, 4 Keppie teams will take on the Aberfeldy Triathlon to raise funds for our charity partner, the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH).
The grueling challenge involves a 1.9km swim, a 90km bike ride and a 21km run, competing against some of the country's top athletes.
SAMH champions the needs of young people and adults who experience mental health problems. They seek to develop community-based services across Scotland. Focusing on anti-stigma, anti-bullying, suicide prevention, and sport and physical activity, they campaign to further policy that prioritises equality, dignity, respect, hope, choice and personal achievement for every person in Scotland.
We aim to raise £20k over the next 2 years to support SAMH. Any donations are greatly appreciated!
