Story

That time again 4 weeks until a group from Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service are taking part in The British Firefighter Challenge, an annual sporting event which pushes firefighters to their limits, provides a day of entertainment for spectators, and raises funds for The Fire Fighters Charity.

We really do appreciate any donation to our cause.. We train hard to perform at this competition and to grow our team year on year! This competition really is a tough one and trust us when we say it never gets easier! Did I mention we have multiple medal winning competitors within GFRS?! We continue to put ourselves through this tough challenge because we see the amazing work that the firefighters charity does every day for our colleagues and their families.

Please donate to our fundraising campaign so we can raise funds to support the health and wellbeing of people in need in our firefighting community.

Please follow our page for updates on the next 4 weeks and share amongst friends and family!
