CDUK is proud to be a Platinum Partner of Forget Me Not and pledge to raise £10,00 per year to help fund the very valuable services they provide.

On 23 September a CDUK team and a Fabricator Team will take part in the Dragon Boat race at Pugneys Country Park in Wakefield to raise much needed funds for Forget Me Not.

Forget me Not are there for any family confronted with the news their child has a life-shortening condition, however, wherever and whenever they need them. By providing superb nursing care, hydrotherapy, creative therapy, days out, memory making, end of life care, bereavement support and counselling, Forget Me Not helps families make the most of every moment they have together.
