Once again the members friends and family of Team Calm84 will be taking on the 26.2 We Run 4 You challenge walking, Jogging and Running 26.2 miles in the month of January.

First completed in January 2021 the We Run 4 You challenge was created to fundraise to help the fight against suicide whilst giving our community to opportunity and motivation to get out in the fresh air in the dark month of January, meeting up with friends and getting some much needed exercise while having a chin wag or just listening to music either way the physical and mental benefits are huge!.

For a minimum £5 donation per participant (Free for under 16s) every participant can join our Strava community and start taking on their 26.2 challenge starting January 1st.

Remember to add your name to your donation, add yourself to the Strava group @Teamcalm84 and share the donation links on your socials telling people what you are doing.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male.
