On the 13th May, my Brother, Sister and I will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast 1st half challenge to raise money for Bowel Research UK.

This is a charity very close to our hearts after our wonderful Mum was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer very suddenly in the summer.

Having undergone surgery, she received incredible care and after 3 months of Chemotherapy is, all being well, on the road to recovery.

Our Mum, along with our amazing Dad have shown incredible strength, resilience and determination over the last 8 months or so and we are taking on this challenge for them both.

If we can raise some money along the way for a charity that is dedicated to funding new cures and treatments for bowel cancer it would be fantastic.

We will be walking 58 km with 1,600m of climb in one day from Corfe Castle to Weymouth, along the Jurassic Coast.

We have begun training for this event and aim to complete the challenge in as quicker time as possible.
