If you haven't come across Teachers' Run Club before, we are a not for profit organisation with one aim: To help educators and school staff everywhere find a love of movement, for both their mental and physical health.

This year we are holding our first firstual fundraiser, the 2024 Emerge Challenge. This event is a play on the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge, however we have thrown a few options in there to make it as accessible as possible to our whole TRC community. 

between 8pm on Friday 18th October and 8pm on Sunday 20th October, individuals and teams will aim to complete the 4x4x48 challenge, whilst raising awareness of the importance of activity on our heart health and vital funds for British Heart Foundation.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us hit this target.
