O2e Thames Bridges Walk
Campaign by O2e (RCN 1114385)
We will be pounding the London pavements for O2e on Sunday 4th May. Zig-zagging the Thames for 23km and crossing 16 iconic bridges, our aim is to raise money for disabled and terminally ill children and their families.

Story

On Sunday, May 4th, a team of seven determined women, comprised of Suzi Mitchell, Michele McIlvenny, Tracey Easton, Becca Bowen, Vivienne Vockins, Clare Armstrong and Gill Hicks will be taking on a 10km sponsored walk in London to raise vital funds for O2e.

This incredible charity transforms the lives of children facing serious challenges, supporting five amazing organisations:

Taylor-Made Dreams, CASPA, ELHAP, St Elizabeth's, Freddie Farmer Foundation.

Our journey will begin at Vauxhall Bridge at around 12:30pm, where we'll join the longer 23km walk that's zig-zagging across 16 iconic Thames bridges. We'll be striding, strolling, and possibly shuffling our way to the finish line at Tower Bridge — no doubt ready to swap blister stories over a celebratory drink!

What makes this challenge even more meaningful is that our group contains a mix of volunteers and staff from Taylor-Made Dreams, including the CEO and founder, Suzi Mitchell. As a beneficiary of the incredible fundraising efforts of O2e, we've seen first hand how donations make a difference to children with life limiting illnesses, helping to fulfil their dreams and provide vital support. Knowing how much these funds matter will inspire each step we take!

We'd be so grateful for your support. Every penny raised will go directly to O2e's incredible charities, helping to brighten the lives of countless young people and their families.

Please donate if you can — together, we can turn our steps into something extraordinary.
