Two teams of children are swimming The English Channel in memory of Barnaby Webber. Barnaby was a pupil of Taunton School and was much loved by the staff and fellow students.

He was killed in a senseless, horrific attack in Nottingham on the 13th June 2023. He leaves behind a family broken by his loss and a School determined NOT to let him be taken in vain.

The Barnaby Webber Foundation will support and inclusion for young people aged 18 and under who are facing life challenges (be it physical, mental, emotional or social). This may be through other charities, schools or organisations but can also be directly to an individual or family. The foundation will also support grassroots cricket clubs through the provision of essential equipment and items needed to encourage young boys and girls (aged 18 and under) to get involved in playing cricket.
