We raise funds to support The Walton Centre in Liverpool

Story

Over the past year, two members of the staff at Tarporley CE Primary School have been under the excellent care of The Walton Centre, a specialist for neurological care. To say thank you, we have chosen them as a charity to support for the rest of the school year. One way that we will be raising funds for The Walton Centre is by sponsoring Mr Brown, who will be running the London Marathon in April this year.

We are also giving all children the chance to run a marathon in between now and the 27th April and raise money themselves by getting sponsored. To complete a marathon, children who want to will need run 131 laps of the daily mile track.

The Walton Centre Charity is the only dedicated charity that supports patients, research and staff wellbeing at The Walton Centre in Liverpool.

The Walton Centre treats more than 145,000 patients each year and is the only specialist NHS hospital trust in the UK, dedicated to providing pioneering treatments for conditions affecting the brain, spine, nervous system, and the management of pain conditions.

All of our charitable funded initiatives may not be possible through NHS funding alone. This is why we need your continued support.
