Story

We're taking part in the December Dip Challenge in aid of the NMH Foundation.

This December, up to 750 babies will be born in the The National Maternity Hospital, Holles Street. We are taking a dip to help women and babies thrive, arrive & survive!

Lisa is a life & business mindset coach with a passion for striking that sweet work/life balance. She likes to stay active and be outdoors and is a year-round sea-dipper. She loves getting in the sea and feels it gives her the perfect reset every time and helps to focus on being present when her head is busy.

Tina-Marie is a mom of 2 and living in Cork. As a birth & postpartum Doula, she is absolutely passionate about all things birth-related. She is so looking forward to jumping into the ocean in support of the national maternity hospital

Tara is the founder of Parene and mom to 3 aged 5 and under. She supports parents who want to get that balance right between family goals and personal ones. She shares the same love of the sea as Lisa and Tina-Marie. Supporting families is her passion and she is thrilled to be able to raise funds for Holles Street.

Thank you for your support!
