Story
I am excited to be taking on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon in April 2025 to support the NSPCC, a charity that is dedicated to protecting children and young people from abuse and neglect.
Why i'm supporting the NSPCC.
As a child, I grew up in an abusive home, and I know firsthand how important it is to have support and resources available to help children who are going through similar experiences.
Growing up in an abusive home was an experience that no child should have to endure. It was a difficult and painful time that left a lasting impact on my life. However, it has also given me a deep understanding of just how important it is to have support and resources available to help children who are going through similar experiences.
The NSPCC is dedicated to providing that support, and their work to protect children and young people from abuse and neglect is truly lifesaving.
As you can imagine, training for and running a marathon is no small feat, but with your support, I know that I can make a real difference. By donating to my JustGiving page, you'll be helping the NSPCC provide vital support services to children who have experienced abuse, as well as campaigning for stronger laws and policies to protect children from harm.
How you can support.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children across the UK. Your support will help the NSPCC provide children with the resources they need to heal and recover from abuse, as well as working to prevent abuse from happening in the first place.
So please, donate what you can and help me reach my fundraising goal. Together, we can help create a brighter future for every child.
Thank you for your support and for joining me in this important mission.
