Colleagues from Woking & Sam Beare Hospice are taking on the Thames Path Challenge and walking up to 100k. All of the money raised will fund palliative and end of life care to patients with life limiting conditions living in North West Surrey.

Story

I am excited to share that this year I will be doing the Thames Path Challenge - this is a continuous 100km walk (yes that is walking through the day and night!) in support of Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.

Working for this remarkable hospice has given me a first-hand view of the extraordinary care and support provided to our patients and their loved ones during challenging times. The hospice is more than just a workplace; it's a team of like minded people trying their best to care for their community. The dedication of the staff is nothing short of inspiring. I have witnessed the impact of their unwavering commitment to making every moment matter.

By taking on this challenge, I aim to contribute to the invaluable work of Woking & Sam Beare Hospice, ensuring we can continue to provide the exceptional care that everyone in our community needs and deserves. Your support will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who rely on the hospice's compassionate services. Thank you for joining me on this journey of giving and making a positive impact together.
