Tamas's Mount Toubkal trek for Mind Over Mountains

Fundraising for Mind Over Mountains
Having gotten the bug last year on Monte Rosa, I am climbing Mount Toubkal (4,167m) in Morocco in support of the charity Mind Over Mountains.
Last year, with a group of slightly mad colleagues, for the first time in my life, I managed to climb Gran Paradiso (4,061m) and Punta Gnifetti (4,554m) - through snow, glaciers, crevasses, looking very professional in helmet, crampons, ice-axe, suffering intensely but persevering to reach these two peaks.
This year, I am taking a group of my colleagues to Morocco, to trek up Mount Toubkal in September - although the ground is likely to be friendlier, it is a different challenge than last year's.
A four day trip all-in, we ascend fast on day 2 without acclimatisation to a refuge above 3,000 meters, from where we will do an epic 10 hour hike up to the peak and back down again all the way to the foot of the mountains on day 3.
My biggest challenge last year was mentally coping with exhaustion and physical pain. All of us in the group work in a fast paced environment, so supporting Mind Over Mountains seemed the right way to support a good cause this year.
I met the founder of Mind Over Mountains (https://mindovermountains.org.uk), Alex Staniforth last year on one of our company events and his story has inspired me.
I ask you for your support and appreciate whatever you are able to give!
Thank you!
