I am taking on this challenge fundraising for Sue Lambert Trust, a local charity supporting people living in Norfolk that have experienced Sexual Abuse or Sexual Violence.

They provide free services and support, including professional therapeutic counselling, 121 groundwork sessions (giving people support with everyday life issues including, housing, debts and benefits), emotional skills workshops and peer support groups.

Over 250 people every week access their support and there is always a waiting list and sadly a huge demand for their support. By donating to their charity, they have a vision to grow in size and aim to support more people, sooner.

If you can please donate, no matter how big or small all donations make a difference. For example, every £50 raised could provide someone with a counselling session.
