On Friday 22 December 2023 I’m going to swim the equivalent height of Mount Everest to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society and people living with dementia. 

Although I am a competitive swimmer, this is a massive challenge. Mount Everest is 8849 meters tall which is 354 lengths of a swimming pool and I’m going to do it all in just one day! 

I’m looking to raise £354, one pound for every length so please help me to reach my target. Every pound will make a difference to so many people’s lives.
