Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page to raise money for Rainbow Hospice for Children and Young people.

It was my 13-year old daughter who suffers from ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) who wanted to undertake the abseil for this good course - helping children who have got a much bleaker outlook than you and I. From her own experience, a little joy makes days (and the weeks before and after looking forward to the event) much, much better.

With the ME, she will not be able to get up the 198 steps, so I am helping her to get to the top of the 65 meter tower. Instead of walking down, I will also go over the edge with her and let gravity take me down, alongside of her.

My main call is to create awareness that there are many young lives, often hidden, and often in plain view, who are restricted in what they can do.
