Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Mike Conway died on 1 Jan 25 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. During the final difficult days of his life, we received unfailing support from the amazing team at KEMP hospice in Kidderminster. Without exception, they individually and as a team, kept us going over the Christmas and New Year period and gave Mike dignity and peace in his last days.

On 10 Jan 25, I will turn 50 and several months ago decided to do '50@50' - 50 walking, running, biking and (if i can really face it) swimming challenges during my 50th year. Originally it was about proving to myself I could do them. Now, if i can raise some much needed funds for KEMP hospice and the Services they offer, my personal challenge can transform into a worthwhile cause.
The challenges include walking Glyndwr's Way - a 9 day long distance trail in mid-Wales, cycling the Caledonian Way between Oban and Inverness and a number of 10KM+ runs around the UK.
