Story
Every year Rod would do a ride or a run for Little Hearts Matter. LHM was close to his heart because it is close to mine. He was an amazing supporter of the charity that works hard to reduce the debilitating physical and mental effects that having just half a heart has on children, young people and adults, and their families.
This year a team of his friends and family are taking up the challenge on his behalf. They are cycling from Utrecht, where Rod was born, to Stafford were he sadly died, earlier this year. We want to raise as much money as we can in his memory to help ensure that Little Hearts Matter is always there for every family who need it.
The team of James, San, Nick, Tim, Jenny, Steven, Dan, Nick and Sebastian will be cycling 500 kilometres over four days. We would be so grateful if you could support them and Little Hearts Matter by donating what you can to the cause. Help us to make him proud. Thank you so much from Suzie
Little Hearts Matter is a national charity offering support and information to anyone affected by the devastating diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition, children born with half a working heart. We work to support and raise awareness of the needs of these children and their families.
