We care for patients and their families to to support them during their illness

Story

My sister Karen was diagnosed with cancer only a few weeks ago. The illness has spread at a terrible speed and is now terminal. Karen was admitted to East Lancs Hospice originally for help with pain control but that has now changed and she will unfortunately not leave the hospice, in fact as I write this she is on her last days.

I am booked in to shave all my hair off on the 15th August, originally I was going to do this to support Karen with chemo, but now I’m doing it to raise funds for the hospice that have been there and helped so much in such a terrible time.

Please give whatever you can to help and support an amazing place, and all the nurses that go above and beyond in what they do.
