On Saturday 13th April, I will be joining a group of amazing (if crazy!) people jumping from 10,000 feet from an aircraft at up to 120mph to raise awareness about mental health and the vital work that the Headlight Project is doing.

This local charity is SO important to me, the support they offer those who have been bereaved by suicide is simply incredible. As is the training they offer to local companies with the long term goal of reducing deaths by suicide in our area.
