Story
On 26 October 2023 I conquered Snowdon - up on the Miners Track and down on the Llanberris Path. Yey!! Weather started off ok but worsened to torrential rain during the ascent. Got soaked through. The worst part was when I deviated in error and ended up stuck amongst some very slippery rocks but my son Stuart came to the rescue putting me back on the right track! It was all an amazing experience but I was so relieved to be back down 9&1/2 hours later (in the dark). Support Guys Cancer Charity today and help advance cancer care.
Guys Cancer provide the very latest in personalised care tailored to each individual, however long it takes.
Following my major Mandibulectomy cancer operation at Guys Hospital in January of this year, I am making a reasonable recovery thanks to the excellent team at Guys. Their continued support has greatly encouraged me and given me hope.
